Do you use good detergents?
Yes - we only use premium detergents and softeners, included. No downgraded laundrette products.
Your clothes come back clean, soft and fresh, with the scent you choose.
What if I overfill the bag?
If the Torpedo Bag closes comfortably, we’ll wash it - no weight bands.

Do you clean duvets or bedding?
Yes - if it fits in the bag, we wash it. One Torpedo bag should fit a king size duvet.

Do you iron?
To keep our service fast and affordable, we don’t offer ironing.

What areas do you cover?

How do I track my pickup?
We send an SMS confirmation and a live-location link map view when we’re on the way to collect or return your clothes.

How eco-friendly are you?
We use solar-charged lithium iron (LiFePOâ‚„) batteries to power many of our wash cycles, reducing our reliance on the grid.
Drying cycles use sustainable mains power as needed - no greenwash, just a practical cleaner-energy approach.

Is the Torpedo Bag clean?

Yes. We always use a fresh, new Torpedo Bag for every pickup and every return delivery.
You will never receive your clothes back in the same bag used for collection.
Everything arrives clean, fresh and neatly folded in a brand-new bag.

Do you separate colours and whites?
To keep our same-day service fast and consistent, we wash each Torpedo Bag as a single load, exactly as received.
We don’t separate colours or whites, so please pack your bag accordingly.
You can choose 30°C or 40°C on the booking page.

Do you use fabric softener?
Yes - we use premium fabric softener as part of every wash cycle.
It’s fully included in your booking and paired with your chosen fragrance for a clean, soft, fresh finish.

How do the Torpedo Bags work?
We use a simple bag-swap system to keep things clean, quick and efficient.

At your first pickup, we give you a clean red Torpedo Bag to pack.

At return, your laundry arrives in a new red return bag.

At your next booking, you pack your clothes into that bag, and we swap it for another new one.
This keeps everything hygienic, tidy and avoids waiting at the door.
What if I still have a Torpedo Bag but don’t plan to book again soon?
Just let us know - we’ll arrange a convenient collection.
If we haven’t heard from you after a while, we may send a friendly message to schedule bag return, but there’s never any pressure.
