Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your service.

Same-Day Guarantee Refund

If your clothes are not returned the same day (and no exception applies), your wash is free.
You will not be charged.

Service Issues

If you believe something was not cleaned to the expected standard, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review your case.

Our wash cycles use premium detergents at 30°C or 40°C, which are suitable for most everyday laundry.
However, some marks or stains cannot be removed without specialist treatment or hot 60°C cycles that are not part of our service.

If an item arrives with pre-existing stains or damage, we may photograph it before washing (with a timestamp) for our audit trail.

After reviewing the case, we may offer:

  • A complimentary re-wash, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

We are unable to accept liability for stains or marks that are unlikely to be removed by a standard 30°C or 40°C wash, including those that would normally require specialist stain removal or higher-temperature cleaning.

What is Not Eligible for Refund​

  • Items damaged due to pre-existing wear

  • Items unsuitable for 30°C or 40°C cycles

  • Colour transfer caused by mixed packing

  • Damage from items left in pockets

  • Missed deliveries where the customer was unavailable

  • Items that were already damaged before washing
    (In such cases, we may photograph the item before washing, with a timestamp, for our audit trail.)

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are processed using the same method as payment (cash or card).
Please allow 1–3 business days for card refunds.
