How Pickup Works
You’ll receive an SMS confirming your booking, and another with our live location once we’re on the way for pickup and return. If you have any questions, feel free to message us anytime on WhatsApp customer service at 07747 899 008.
We’ll arrive during the morning pick up slot and hand you a fresh Torpedo Bag to pack at your own pace.
Just place the filled bag back outside your door when ready - we’ll collect it and take payment (cash or card).
Your clothes are returned the same day in a new red Torpedo Bag, neatly folded and finished with your chosen fragrance.
Please pack colours/whites accordingly, as each Torpedo Bag is washed as one full load at 30°C or 40°C.
On Delivery
The same-day delivery window is 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
We drop your clean laundry at your door for you to collect - quick, simple and private.
No need to unpack while we wait.
Keep the red return bag for your next booking; we’ll swap it for a fresh one each time
